We would like to invite you to be a part of the Roanoke Bridal Expo that will put you face to face with area brides and guests.  The show will be held on Sunday, February 21, 2021 from 12pm – 4pm at the Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center in downtown Roanoke, VA.

Each vendor will receive a 10'x10' area.   Vendors along the wall will have a blank wall behind them.  Vendors in the center will have black or white pipe and drape behind them depending on the row they are on.  If needed, vendors are able to rent a 6' table and linen for an additional cost of $30.  This space is yours and can be utilized as you see fit.  As a vendor, you will also receive a listing of all brides in attendance, including their wedding date and contact information.   

There are six (6) VIP spaces which are available on a first come, first serve basis.  Vendors will be allowed to choose their space in the order they register and deposit/payment is received.  We have some exciting things planned for this show so don’t wait, reserve your space today!

VIP Vendor Space - $395
Standard Vendor Space - $295
Table and Linen Rental - $40

Caterers and Cake Artists, ask about our special.
